[WIP] 3rdparty/libgfxinit: Update submodule pointer

This brings in improvements for Coffee Lake platforms, some workarounds
and a sloppy LSPCON mode switch implementation. Tested on Librem WHL,
where it fixes complete system hangs and HDMI through the DP175 LSPCON.
