intel/littleplains: Update with recent changes to mohonpeak
- Change SEABIOS_MALLOC_UPPERMEMORY to using PAYLOAD_CONFIGFILE. - Add saved seabios .config with CONFIG_MALLOC_UPPERMEMORY unset. - Remove fixed microcode location.
