Patch merged into coreboot/master: Kconfig: Prefix hex defaults with 0x

the following patch was just integrated into master:

    Kconfig: Prefix hex defaults with 0x
    
    Because these variables had "non-hexidecimal" defaults, they
    were updated by kconfig when writing defconfig files.
