Patch merged into coreboot/master: 8ee0777 lint: remove test for build dir handling

the following patch was just integrated into master:

lint: remove test for build dir handling

This test outlives its usefulness and only slows down commits.
    We can now be confident that out-of-tree builds work because
    some of our automated builders do them regularly.
