Patch merged into coreboot/master: kconfig_lint: exclude payloads from search, add back specific files

the following patch was just integrated into master:

kconfig_lint: exclude payloads from search, add back specific files

Don't search for symbols in the payloads directory, except for specific
    files that are actively added back to the search.
