Patch merged into coreboot/master: libpayload: drop LIBGCC_FILE_NAME variable

the following patch was just integrated into master:

    libpayload: drop LIBGCC_FILE_NAME variable
    
    It's unused. If we need something like that, .xcompile provides it,
    and in a cross-platform and clang-aware way.
