Like with the new AMD microcodes (CB:28273 and CB:28370), these AtomBIOS binaries haven't been released officially yet and waiting here for the official release by AMD to get them merged to coreboot master. Currently we are in the talks with AMD, using these patches as the references, and hopefully this will happen soon: there is already a real progress regarding the microcodes, although these matters are advancing slowly... We have also submitted them to Techpowerup's huge Video BIOS collection here - https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/ , although it will take some time for them to appear at their database.
