sb/lynxpoint: Use macros instead of hard-coded IDs
This patch replaces hard-coded PCI IDs with macros from pci_ids.h.
To be consistent with the naming scheme of other PCI device classes,
this commit introduces the "LPC" extension for LPC devices.
