Patch Set 11:

why "soc/" ? can this be also used for the other intel's CPU ?
(model_1067x, model_6fx, model_f6x, f4x,..)

i could see this recommendation been introduced after SPT PCH so i'm not very sure if CPUID.15h can support for older chipsets. Can you please take a look after porting the same if works then move it to Intel common?
