mb/google/parrot: Fix smbus subsystem ID

The smbus subsystem ID was inadvertently reversed when added in commit
6974bcd28e74 ("mb/google/parrot: override SMBus subsystem ID"), so
correct it.

TEST=build/boot Win10 on parrot, verify touchpad driver functional.
