Yes it does, but not really required now.
It can done in the next step. The dimm_info struct in there is more reflective of what is coming out of the FSP. No SOC's FSP currently provide the 3.2 new field. So this is more of a future TODO task, either before or after the FSP's dimm_info are update to 3.2.
