NOTE: I pushed CB:36493 containing the same statemens I had made in my previous comment. Better comment the concerns and/or validity there inline, so the documentation side of things would not drag so much behind.

Existence of that document does not mean this commit would have to fulfill all the bullets mentioned there, before we can merge something.
