I hope this change will not be abandoned. My patch for ME Soft Temp Disable depend on it, and I don't want to create duplicating patches.

    BIOS shouldn't hide ME device by default on error path (me_cleaner is not the only possible reason of error). Please make it at least a Kconfig option, those who want to hide it will use it.
