[coreboot-gerrit] Patch merged into coreboot/master: amd/pi/Makefile: Remove cp option '-u'

amd/pi/Makefile: Remove cp option '-u'

"-u" is only for GNU cp. Cp of BSD and Solaris don't
    take this option.

It is not necessary to compare the files before copying.
