mb/lenovo/x131e: add function key support

Enables function keys for X131e.
SMI handler based on google/stout. ACPI code and event masks are
reverse-engineered.

The IT8518e EC of this board uses some different ACPI methods compared to the
regular Lenovo H8. Add an option to use the alternative set of methods.
