mb/*: drop GENERIC_SPD_BIN from boards without soldered memory

Some boards select GENERIC_SPD_BIN, despite having no soldered memory.
Drop the option to stop failing the build due to empty SPD_SOURCES, that
gets added in the follow-up change.
