[WIP] mb/gigabyte: Add Gigabyte Z170X-Gaming 7

At the current state of this commit the board does not go beyond
romstage. (At least it does not brick the board though.)

The board has Boot guard enabled but is still in manufacturing mode.
As far as the intel tools guide me there is no key burned yet.
