[coreboot-gerrit] Patch merged into coreboot/master: splash: Put the suffix of splash file to CBFS name

the following patch was just integrated into master:

splash: Put the suffix of splash file to CBFS name

The previous code harded the suffix of splash file as
    "jpg". Actually, SeaBIOS supports both jpg and bmp.
