Can this be tested with QEMU?

For QEMU i440fx:
  qemu-system-x86_64 \
  -drive file=/path/to/disk/file,if=none,id=drive0 \
  -device nvme,drive=drive0,serial=512,num_queues=6 \
  -bios /path/to/coreboot.rom

The sample/nvme_test.c is currently a leftover from developing and will be removed before final review.
This driver can be used to boot from NVMe with FILO.
