[coreboot-gerrit] Patch merged into coreboot/master: buildgcc: Drop --target from python and expat

the following patch was just integrated into master:

buildgcc: Drop --target from python and expat

Both packages are not using the target architecture. Drop it,
    and remove them from package_uses_targetarch
