    as per the response received from ODM on bug: b:309569030#comment13, not planning to change tcc_offset for Screebo.

    I suggest to change this tcc_offset for Rex variant and going to submit patch set #3 now with bug details. Rex ODM is aligned with this change as per bug b:270664854#comment54
