As one member of the coreboot arbitration team, I'd be okay with playing that role for flashrom _for now_. However, I'd consider that a bootstrapping measure with the eventual goal of the flashrom community finding their own team (that might have some overlap into coreboot but should certainly have their own folks, too). As such, my idea is that flashrom copies the Code of Conduct instead of merely linking over: the latter leads to "That's coreboot's job".
