nodeid = lapicid() & 0xf;
orm with initial apic id
nodeid = (cpuid_ebx(1) >> 24) & 0xf;

You change the cpu_init_detected(void) to cpu_init_detected(nodeid),
what should I put in the nodeid? You break EVERY K8 mainboard we
have.
